There are a few benefits of purchasing a SPEC home over a custom home. These include a quicker building process, less financial risk during the construction process, there are fewer overwhelming decisions to make as these home plans are determined by Dry Creek, and SPEC homes are overall more affordable than a fully custom home.
If you do not have the time to wait for a custom build, simply aren’t interested in the construction process, or only want to be involved in some of the finish selections, a SPEC home is the way to go.
